Turkish CampusFrance

CampusFrance is a governmental agency under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs as well as the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The agency aims at promoting higher education opportunities in France while facilitating mobility projects of foreign students and researchers. CampusFrance has 117 offices and 24 branches in 89 countries, included Turkey since 2006. CampusFrance Turkey is attached to the Institut français de Turquie and the Embassy of France.

CampusFrance Turkey’s mission is to guide and back Turkish students throughout their studies project in France, by providing information, advice and enrolment services, so that each student can develop a relevant studies project (i.e. consistent with the previous curriculum) and choose the most suitable programme in order to build his/her own successful path in France.

CampusFrance Turkey has 2 offices, one in Ankara and one in Istanbul. Its bilingual teams provide information about any question related to French higher education and opportunities of funding one’s studies in France.

CampusFrance, in cooperation with the consulates and the French universities, also fulfils the function of control and advice regarding: the validity of the documents presented by the applicant; the relevance and value of his/her project; and, if necessary, his/her language level. Every student having designed a project of course or training (to be achieved within his university programme) longer than 3 months or wishing to go to France in order to take an exam or to have an interview is invited to register on CampusFrance’s website before submitting his/her visa application to the consulate.
